Acanac...?

Has anyone heard of Acanac (http://acanac.ca/)?  They claim that:

No Blocked Ports or Traffic Shapping

However, I see nothing on their site about MLPPP, so why would they
claim the above, more specifically the part about TS when they have no
control over it?!
