SeLinux again has system hardening

OK it seems like I need to learn a bit more about Security Enhanced Linux from a system/package maintainer point of view.

In particular how to harden software packages at build cycles? Since I am building a Linux system using LFS, I ma wondering if there is a good book that will explain to me how I can go about building a harden Linux system.
