computer won't power up

And I have a Sonata II (450W) that's so flaky that I don't dare turn it 
off until I'm in a position to have it fixed.  Mine is power switch, *I 
believe*; some combinations of toggling the rocker switch on the supply 
and the front panel button cause it to come on, but not a predictable 
sequence.
