icecast2 server

Hi

I was wondering if there is anyone here running this audio server.  My 
problems are really with generating the streams.  ices2 is supposed to work 
without much trouble but I need scripting help to generate the playlists.  
Darkice has advantages but I haven't figured out the ALSA device name that it 
wants to see.

I just wasn't sure if this was something to clutter up the list with since it 
is of limited interest I assume.
