just how big is $800 billion

If my math is right we could allocate $3.5million to each of the 230,000 open 
source projects currently hosted on Sourceforge.net.      That could 
potentially create one bucketload of open source developer jobs,  to say 
nothing of the wealth creation in the form of new software applications.

Oh well,  missed opportunity ...
