Agreed.  The whois DB is supposed to contain technical & administrative 
contact information andd/or the owner.  You are a client of the ISP who 
controls the address space.  It is not yours and your name should not 
appear there.

I'd raise this higher with Teksavvy.  If you get no luck you may like to 
try the NANOG mailing list but explore other avenues first.
