apt-get vs aptitude

aptitude is newer and more advanced and does have a better system to
deal with dependancies.  Debian in fact recommends the use of aptitude
these days as the main command line tool.  I still use apt-get, probably
because I am used to typing that and I find aptitude asks too many
questions.

aptitude is certainly also better than synaptic at dealing with
dependancies.
