more ISP advice: wasTeksavvy ISP

Mostly I'm saying I'm ignorant on the whole thing, and would like some
advice :)  Preliminary google searches indicate that such a beast
might be in existence, but that could certainly be incorrect.

So, it sounds like you're saying that my ISP choices are Rogers, and Rogers.. :(
