Avoiding Rogers DNS breakage

Remember those threads a few months ago about Rogers breaking DNS behaviour
by giving an ad-filled search page for an un-resolving domain?

Now Google has produced a tool that helps find the fastest public DNS server
for any installation.
It'll be interesting to see how well this works...
