Looking for free smtp server with static IP address

Dont be naive. Gmail is more intelligent. If you send 20 spams they will 
be processed throuout entire system (I guess so). The fact that you have 
or not have permanent IP does not matter much.

I am also not a spammer even though I used to send a 300,000 emails per 
day when working in one Canadian company a few years ago ;)
