It seems that perhaps they're going to check into things a bit more,
hopefully in response to the recent petitions etc against their
idiocy.

I especially like these questions:
# The discrepancies between Bell's usage data and those of
wholesalers, which in some cases differed by 800 per cent.

800% is a big number. Anyone know if these numbers are publicly
available and/or digested in some usable format?

# Why wholesale customers will be subjected to being "restricted,
suspended or disconnected" for over-usage if they will already be
paying for excess usage.

Double-dipping (or rather double-penalizing). The *why* is because the
CRTC essentially gave Bell the green-light to hose the other ISPS
already, and they're going to do as much as they can to cripple the
competition.
