Hardware recommendations, please

Beware dead pixel limits.

I bought a 22" Benq which had a dead pixel at the screen center out-of- 
the-box, and Canada Computers was unwilling to exchange it.

Different manufacturers have different policies, and a lot of  
retailers don't deal with dead pixels
