How do you expand a RAID5 Array?

That seems *really* likely to depend heavily on your hardware choices.

Notably, if the RAID array is managed by the disk controller, as is
the case with the fancier sort of SATA controller, then this depends
*entirely* on how the controller works, and usually the answer will be
pretty negative (e.g. - "you'll need to redo the filesystem").

Some changes may be made, but you shouldn't pretend RAID is an
alternative to doing backups :-)
