The earliest thing in the bible that can be supported by evidence is
King David & Solomon. Of course that evidence is only that the men
existed. There's nothing to show any "god". It's the same sort of
thing as a fictional story that's been written around historical events.
On the other hand, the evidence shows that the "Exodus" never occurred.
Incidentally, there was a show recently on Nova about this. It was on
again last night.
