IDE female->male or extension cables

Does anyone know where I could find such a thing (if it exists). I've
seen the 44-pin variety for laptops but nada for a regular IDE cable.

Reason: I have a mini-itx box that I want to boot from CF, but the
CF-IDE adaptor mounts directly into the IDE slot and thus sticks out
of the mini-ITX case.
