This imply that when you were creating the database, you left out LAST
as an RRA. Not a problem, but I had assumed it was included. Do you
mind sharing with us how you created rrd?

It may also help by posting the xml output of rrddump. That will help
highlight whether its actually collecting data, and if so how they are
being stored.
