Years ago, I read on the Rogers site, that they generally don't mind
"servers", provided they don't generate a lot of traffic. So, if you
were to have an FTP server, for sharing files with a few friends, they
wouldn't bother you, but they needed those prohibitions to stop those
who abuse the service. I have SSH & VPN connection to my network, but
no open servers. Also, it's hard to define a "server" in an way that
satisfies both technical use and Rogers intent.
