Set up the 2nd router in "access point" mode.  Some routers, provide
instructions on this.  However, it's quite simple.  Just disable DHCP on
the 2nd router, and connect to one of the 4 LAN ports, instead of the
WAN port, to connect to the main router.  This way, the WiFi is on the
same local network as the other router.  You can pick up a D-Link
WBR-1310 for about $30 at Future Shop that supports this.
