What is the best option with Zimbra

Hi all,

I need to migrate  a sendmail (I didn't configure this and i dont have many documents about)  to zimbra slowly and first in demo version, and I want to know what is the best S.O. (installation, configuration, etc): opensuse, ubuntu server or cent os or any other.
