question about Gnome & Nautilus

Hi,

Does anyone know how to disable Nautilus's annoying feature of
automatically opening a new window whenever a new mount point shows
up?  I find it very annoying that whenever I plug in a USB key a
window will pop up.  I must not be using the right google keywords
because I haven't been able to find any info on changing this
behaviour.
