Actually, I meant 7.10, which was the version I found packages for way back
when. I would be stunned beyond belief if no one had made packages for 8.04.

Just do a search on the Ubuntu forums. I did a quick check and I _think_ this
is the repo you want:

http://ppa.launchpad.net/ipod-touch/ubuntu

I am almost positive that when I set this up on my Gutsy system (now dead),
this is the repo I used, but it also has an entry for Hardy now.
