Low power low end cheap server

I think you'd be hard pressed to build a solution for under 
$350.00.  I'd recommend a mini-itx board from Via or Jetway with a C7 
processor.  It'll fix in any ATX case, and the Ram is standard DDR or 
DDR2.  Minipc.ca has closed, so the only reliable supplier I know is 
www.logicsupply.com in the US.
