I'm not entirely sure how much of France Télécom's network is Fibre
Optic, but there does seem to be some reticence on the part of
financial analysts to give their blessing to the new technology.

But  France Télécom seem committed to the project which is called DORA
(Deploiement de l'Optique dans le Reseau Acces)
