May be, but the needs are simple:
Keep almost everything out.
Allow unlimited outgoing connections.
Maintain a PPPoE connection to Bell.
Allow two VPN connections from remote home offices.
Allow one port to be forwarded to a PC running specialized software.
This should not require a complex solution. no filters, no caching, etc.
If it did, IPCop would already be there.
