iptables

Can anyone explain why this
iptables -A INPUT    -i $WAN_IFACE -m iprange --src-range
74.6.0.0-74.6.255.255 -j LOG --log-prefix "SURVEY: "

gives me this
iptables: Unknown error 4294967295

I am using a guide at

kernel is 24.4.33.3
