That's unusual. At all the Bell sites I've been to, they had a separate
locked cage for each customer. We did the same thing, back when I worked
for Unitel.

Years ago, I used to work for CN Telecommunications/CNCP
Telecommunications/Unitel Communications at 151 Front St. W. I often
thought that if you wanted to steal something, all you had to do was to
carry it out on a hand truck. Then stand around the lobby, as though
you're waiting for a ride and then walk out with that something. ;-)
