Teacher tells students Linux is “illegal” and confiscates their copies

While I probably will count myself lucky for not being on the receiving end of 
being told "IANANESBTWATA", what the heck does it mean/stand for? I have tried 
to search for this on the web without luck. Please enlighten us with your vast 
acronym savvy!
