someone is using my email address to spam, is there a way to stop this ?

I'm curious how 'sender' is actually defined in that.  I seems right  
as long as it's the true sender (i.e. mail client or transmitting  
agent), which limits the fallout to those directly involved...though,  
again, probably not the root-cause spammers.
