Hmm, if he is in europe does that mean he wants a european keyboard
(with euro and stuff on it)? :)

The ultralighs are very much NOT powerful.  They sacrifice speed and
performance in general for weight.  I would personally think one of the
4 pounds rather than 2.4 pound laptops with 2 to 4 times the performance
and 2/3 the price make much more sense.
