Interestingly, both the Star and the Globe recommended rejection of MMP
-- flying in the face of excuses that the defeat should be blamed on
confusion or ignorance.

I actually am OK with the Globe's counter-proposal to MMP, but don't
agree that we need to be in any rush to re-open the issue.
