It's an interesting case. I wonder how much of assigning the penalties
was based on interpretation of the actual damages, and how much was
just that jury members were disgruntled that the defendant supposedly
thought she'd "put one over them." The jury interview seems to
indicate a certain amount of personal vendetta in the amount.
