First SATA drive - not working

The depth and breadth of your experience and knowledge absolutely
astonishes me.  In fact, I'm fairly certain that you use some form of
magic to double the number of hours in the day, not to mention giving
yourself total recall.  However you do it, it's appreciated!  Thank
