The AMD's are simply no match for the Core 2.  Too bad, I really like
AMD.  The AMD wins on raw memory bandwidth, but looses VERY badly on
multimedia interger performance and looses quite a bit on floating
point.  The Core 2 beats the Athlon 64 almost as badly as the Athlon 64
beats the Pentium 4 on many things.
