Provider of linux-based DVR for CCTV?

Hi all,

Just wondering if anybody can recommend somebody provide 
(install, support, etc) linux-based DVR for close-circuit TV 
system? If possible, I'd like to drop in a couple of 
preferences:

- Preferably in the South-Central Ontario area (GTA is fine, but 
a bit north is Ok as well, the location is around Orillia), so 
service is close by when needed.

- Preferably with open system, so common linux issues - like 
network issues - can be resolved without requiring special 
services.

- Of course the system should proven reliable.
