SynCE (syncing to WindowsMobile)

Does anyone here have any experience doing this? I'm tired of booting
into Windows to sync with a Windows Mobile phone.

Confusing the situation is the fact that Ubuntu supplies most of the
synce packages, yet the synce website seems to demand that you need to
download the latest packages and to rebuild them (and the kernel)
regardless.

Any help is appreciated.
