MS Exchange alternatives

[William O'Higgins Witteman]

Does anyone have experience with the MS Exchange replacements?  These
are, as far as I know, Zimbra, Scalix, Opengroupware.org and perhaps
some others.

My criteria are as follows:

supports MS Outlook - mail, calendaring
Open Source
