Okay, I ran

yum --disablerepo=livna* update

then

yum --disablerepo=adobe* update

then a bearshitload of updates went through (over an hour's worth).  

yum install amarok still didn't work so I edited the adobe file in
/etc/yum.repos.d/

I ran yum install amarok and this time it worked!
