Linux-friendly (non-Bell) GTA DSL providers

I forgot to mention. ca.inter.net comes with a Zoom modem.. which
doesn't work nicely with a router in the beginning because its its own
router.

However they tell u how to make it exactly like a regular modem if you
ask them and then you can set it up with your router.
