Making konqueror un-never-remember passwords

Marc: kwalletmanager was the first place I looked.  No luck.

Kevin: konqueror's password settings was the second place I looked.
Also no luck.

Aha, I see this:

I have tested this, and have confirmed that this is indeed the right
part of the right file to do what I want.

Now if only I could get alt-<key> as my accesskey.  =/
