Have a word with Dave Gilbert (who I am cc'ing), he is
the former technical head of a small local DSL
offering ISP. Dave is also a regular at the Unix
Unanimous user group meetings (so more of a BSD guy
than Linux), he should be happy to offer advice on the
BSD friendly ISPs...
