Microsoft wants royalties from FOSS

I predict that they will have about the same level of success in getting FOSS 
users to pay royalties as SCOX did.

In light of the recent SCOTUS decision on obviousness, I think they're in for 
a sharp drop in their number of available patents to threaten users with.
