No. Rogers is an ISP. He wants an ISP provider, that is, someone who
provides you ISPs. :)
Besides rogers doesn't have a good track record, with all their port
filtering, throttling of certain types of traffic, transfer caps after
which they may simply cancel your service on you forever (most ISPs with
a transfer limit simply charge more money if you go past them), no
running of servers permitted, etc, etc. Hardly a good ISP track record.
Now of course everyone looks good compared to sympatico, so that is
hardly worth mentioning.
