OT: Looking for a reliable 3rd party AD Provider

I interpreted the request as wanting an Active Directory consultant who 
would work on the onsite AD system.

I would have to fully agree with Lennart - don't try to authenticate your 
boxes with an offsite authentication system.  Even if it degrades to a 
read-only mode if the link is out this is still next to insane.
