Sure.  Makes sense.  Fructose is a good sugar.

Well sometimes it is used with or in place of yeast to give some rise to
the bread, although most often for rye breads.

Milk has ingredients?  I always wondered about that.  I guess you could
break it down into milk fats, water, calciam, etc, but are they really
milk ingredients?  Not sure it is a good source of sugars though.
