Why is it that
telnet sundial.columbia.edu 13
shows the proper time (given the new daylight saving rules)
whereas
ntpdate -q sundial.columbia.edu
doesn't know about the new rules?
Is there some sort of timezone file on this Fedora Core 3 system I need
to modify?
