Usually Special:Recentchanges and Special:Newpages can/have RSS setup.
The content of the feeds leaves much to be desired however. I'm not sure
about mediawiki's rss abilities outside of those pages? Chris? Sy?
On a semi-related note, I've been working on an aggregator of various
linux related feeds on the net, http://linuxreader.com
It is rough right now as I haven't had much time to spend on it, but
feedback would be good, and if anyone wants to help out, let me know.
