This spammer is creating a new account for almost every edit.  I don't
think it is a bot for a couple of reasons:

1.  They seem to be doing intelligent test edits to see if we'll notice. 
Eg, they changed C to C++ in someone's bio.

2.  They are way too slow.  I'm reverting faster than they are adding.
There is no way I could keep up with a bot going full speed.

Looks interesting.  We'd need to upgrade the version of Mediawiki in use.
