I agree, if i get some time:

1) send letter to law enforcement in Canada, asking them if head of MS
Canada can be arrested for racketeering.

2) answer will be no, maybe because its a US "thing",

3) then I ask, will Balmer/Gate be arrested if they come to Canada?

4) answer will be no (for some reason)

5) then I will ask, so if i buy a bunch of patents (cheap almost out of
date) and threaten IBM, RIM and such in Canada, and say, 
I will sue them out of business, but not say why,
will they be ok with that?

6) then see if shorting the stock (mixed with 5) would be allowed,
and then use this to make some coin on the side.

I guess this is the if you can't beat them join them alternative :)
