That's where I think things get tricky. From a political standpoint,
a politician has to stand up and say "This large U.S. employer has a
monopoly and they're abusing it to lock-out competition!"
Then they have to have an answer for the obvious response: "Why would
we want to damage a U.S. monopoly?"
Maybe the whole thing will change when MS outsources everything, and
the residents of Redmond keep getting bullied by their former employer
from overseas.
