dont install latest flash plugin

It will screw up mozilla or firefox, or whatever.

Browser starts to use up to 60% memory on my computer (normally, without it,
around 20%), and it crashes often. It crashes on some web pages with flash
there or it will crash without a reasonable reason, even left alone.

After I removed it, things work normally, again.
